“I absolutely looooooooveed your guided meditation. It was so powerful and your voice was SO GOOD!!! So professional and really relaxing. I loved how you gave so much time to see what you saw without interjecting. I saw an elephant guide and he was showing me that while elephants are powerful protectors and fierce they also love play and I needed more play and joy in my life. He reminded me of when I was a kid and went on an elephant ride and how that memory always stuck with me and how that elephant connected with my soul and how even as a kid and went to circuses and stuff I would feel such grief for the elephants being put in these positions where they were unhappy and the elephants recognized this soul connection in me. And how my dad also had a connection with elephants. He took me to this swimming hole type place and we played in the water like kids. He had me climb on his trunk and he would throw me in the water like a kid and it was so fun!!! It was so healing. And then at the end I saw all my other animal guides come out of the forest. There were so many!! There was a wolf, multiple cats like a black panther, lynx, and a lion. There were birds like an eagle and owl. There was a lady bug. I can’t remember what else but it was such a happy experience. You did sooo good!! I really think you have a gift for guided meditations for real! I loved it!”

So I’m happy to know that that’s helping me connect with her a little bit. I’ve never tried Harp music though! I listened to a little bit as I was getting ready for work and the way it soothed my entire body down. Whoo! Definitely have to listen to more of it! You won’t believe this, but I recently had a thought about looking more into sound bowl therapy and possibly learning it and doing YouTube videos with it as a way to connect with more people.
