What Are Guided Astral Journeys?
Guided astral journeys are spiritual practices that help people consciously explore the astral plane and other realms of existence. They’re a type of meditation designed to help you separate your consciousness from your physical body and explore the astral plane.
How Do Guided Astral Journeys Work?
As your guide, I will take you through a process of deep relaxation, intention setting, and visualization, leading you into astral projection. This will allow you to transcend physical limitations and explore otherworldly realms in a safe way.

Setting Up Sacred Space
We begin by connecting to God Source and call in Angels for protection, guidance, healing, higher frequencies and ask God Source (or Great Spirit/term of your choice) to anchor us in Divine Light and Divine Truth for the journey.
Calling in a Spirit Guide
Next we invite a relevant spirit guide to accompany the experience, aligned with the journey’s intention, whether for an astral mission, activation, healing or insight. There are no limits to astral travel.

We then set a clear intention for our journey, which will guide the exploration and open us to receive guidance and messages.
Following the Facilitator’s Guidance
I will then lead you through the journey with soothing instructions, visualizations, and sound, helping you relax and shift your consciousness to the astral realm.

As we explore the astral plane, we can meet guides, receive insights, connect with higher energies and visit other realms beyond space and time.
Return & Integration
At the end, I will help you return to your physical body, reflect on your experience, and integrate the insights gained.

What does it feel like?
There are three phases to astral travel.
Guided Meditation
Phase 1
In the beginning, it feels like a guided meditation, where you use your imagination to visualize and create the experience as you follow the guidance. Imagination is the gateway to astral projection, as at some point the real experience takes over.
Remote Viewing
Phase 2
As you settle deeper into the journey, it transitions into remote viewing. The experience becomes more detailed and spontaneous, with sensations that accompany the visualizations.
Full Astral Travel
Phase 3
Full Astral Travel happens when you surrender completely to the experience. It becomes vividly real, with spontaneous interactions with other beings and a range of emotional and physical sensations, all supported by your Clairs. The experience is as subtle as the strength of your psychic abilities.
It’s important to remember that Astral Travel always feels subtle, and even when your consciousness separates for the journey, a part of you remains connected to your body. We are linked to our physical form by the unbreakable Silver Cord of Life, which stretches infinitely.
Astral Travel Tip: Avoid eating a heavy meal prior to your journey. Food grounds us, while Astral Travel requires raising your frequency to match with the realm you’re exploring.
